This is a rather quick work I have done so I wouldn't loose all my photoshop skills. As you can see, I still need some training...
Nothing very creative here, we've all seen this kind of work before, but better ones, yet, I must say, I am quite pleased by the result of this. I spent a huge amount of time (considering how much time I spent on the other parts) trying to draw with the pen tool the little curves between the two bodies, and that's the part I think I kind of failed to do right, but, well, I can't draw.

A very few stock here :
The female is a from an Advanced Photoshop's tutorial, and the paper texture behind is the great Watercolor Stained Paper by ~deathfetish.

I had the idea of the mirrored image with the lines at the bottom of her body. I think this is still too empty, but your popart idea is great, I was somehow blocked on this but I'll try to work in that optical, to see how it would look like.

Great use of color...very eye catching and I love all the wonderful little surprises that you see when you get past those eyes...like the flowers in the corner...U are multi talented!
