Enough of blue-ish, dreamy waterscapes... I want to try to give new feelings with water.
The high contrast here, combined with the smooth texture of the water, is symbolizing strength, power, speed. The smoothness is just a trick of the water to look armless. But don't be fooled.
Ever walked in a river, even not very deep? Didn't you fall? Water is tricky, it waits, it's there, beautiful, but it's dangerous. Slippy rocks, fishes, they all wait for you.
The white color of the water is supposed to expose the trickery of the water, while the nature is very dark. It's like a fight, and the water opens a breech, on the left side, like it won.

See? Water is not always cute...
That was beautiful, though :D

Yellowstone again, I believe.
