35 pictures pack for $chix0r birthday

As promised, this is the pictures of Porcupine Tree's last concert in Paris.

After some years, you just stop puting your age with candles on your birthday cake (usually it's after you're something like... 10...). Some people think it's because after a certain age you don't want to think about getting old, in fact it's just because candle wax don't taste THAT good on cakes, and you'd rather eat chocolate cake, that year, and not wax cake - even if you still like the taste of wax, that's just not the point here.
So, for $chix0r birthday, I decided I'll pick 35 pictures I took yesterday night, and after some manips (ouch, 1600 ISO...) compil and send them to her.

However, since many of you, I didn't know that today was $chix0r's birthday. Why did I do that, then ? Well, I remember that, a few years ago, there was my favorite band then, Dir En Grey, who came for the first (and probably the last) time in Paris, but I had to take the plane to Italia that day, and I finally wasn't able to see them. I was SO pissed off that I missed them. And when I knew that PT was coming to Paris, I remembered why I listened to them in the first place : I read their names in $chix0r's journal. (I know, that's silly... but still). Since I know she's a great fan of theirs, well, I just decided to take pictures, because it was the least I could do, to thank her for having made me discover Porcupine Tree.

About the pictures themselves : many of you know, I think, that you're not allowed to take pictures while concerts, unless it's your job. So I had to hide my camera (EOS 400D with 50mm f:1.2 lens -great lens, btw...) while they checked everyone's bag, and then, during the concert, I had to hide it again, 'cause there were like 3 or 4 huge guys with torch lamps pointing every camera they saw. The ones who continued to take pictures just had to leave the room...
So it was pretty amusing
